As the article say, how our mother behaves during pregnancy, can affect, our born. For example, if our mother, have healthy life, eating well, without smoking, and drinkin alcohol, and going outdoors, in the pregnant 9 months, can makes us a happy person, but if the mother's choices, are opposite, we can have physical, risk of obesity, diseases, and someting else; so if you will be a mother, try to have a healthy life, and dont get stressed, for your child. But there is also a touch of luck, as the doctor say, we live what we life, and we are healthy, cause our DNA.
But most of the studies, say that parents, give his childs, junk food, and that is bad, cause besides causing obesity, with time, it can cause us a heart disease. To prevent that, in my opinion, fruits are a good way, also some vegetables, at the lunch time. Milk, is also good. When your child grow up, he will not have bone problems, cause he will have a lot of vitamin D obtained from milk. This is a very important topic, that usually people dont "understand", so the next time, that you will go to the market, try to dont buy food with a lot of Trans-fats...
